Heather Nicholas

Bio: Heather resides in Kent County, Delaware with her fiancé and stepson. She joined the Frankos Agency in 2018 and became our Agency Manager in 2020. Heather enjoys client interaction and values every customer relationship.

Achievements: Heather is a 2013 Wilmington University graduate. Since joining the Frankos Agency, she has received a Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist Designation from The National Underwriter Company.

Hobbies: From going out and having family fun to staying in, Heather enjoys spending every minute of her spare time with family and pups.
